The top priority on you to-do list for today,
“Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on the cause of your anger.” (Ephesians 4:26 NET)
Being angry, in-and-of-itself, is not sinful; however, leaving anger unresolved is not only sinful but dangerous. The apostle proverbially advises us to quickly address the cause of our wrath. Because a heart burning with unchecked anger is Satan’s domain, capable of spawning all kinds of sins. Therefore, seek to resolve your anger before the sun goes down, thereby, denying “the devil an opportunity” to gain a foothold in your life (Ephesians 4:27).
